Unfortunately, it is not possible for individuals to make purchases directly from the Kinlys Group. We focus primarily on supporting and working with wholesalers, retailers and business partners to offer our products and services. However, should you be interested in our products, we encourage you to contact one of our local retailers or stores that may offer our products. Thank you for your interest in our products. Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm, Friday from 8 am to 10 am.

To become a customer at Kinlys Group you must have a valid VAT no. in the (pet) industry. ClickĀ hereĀ to become a customer and create an account.
Once logged in, you can view the price per item. Additionally, it is possible to download our full price list from theĀ "my account"Ā section. We strive to provide transparency in our pricing and want to give you the opportunity to explore the full price list so you can make an informed decision. Should you have further questions about pricing or products, we are always ready to assist you.
In addition to our strong brands, we offer private label options. ClickĀ hereĀ to learn more about private label. You can indicate specific preferences and then we will gladly take the time to look together at what options best fit your needs.
The amount for free delivery on the Belgian market is ā‚¬450 excluding VAT. If this amount is not reached, we apply transport costs per package/pallet based on current transport rates. For deliveries outside Belgium, the transport cost varies based on weight and volume, and is determined individually for each order. For more details, we would like to refer you to your representative, who can assist you further with all necessary information.

Once logged in,Ā "my account"Ā allows you to access information about your assigned representative, including his/her contact information. We strive to provide you with a seamless experience and make this information available so you can easily contact your assigned representative if needed.

The images found on our website may be used by our distributors. We are happy to provide all necessary resources to boost your sales.

Both as an existing customer and as a new customer, you need to create a new account on the web shop. As an existing customer, your new account will then be linked to our system. As a new customer, a completely new customer record is created by our back office. As soon as this is activated, you will be informed. You can create an account viaĀ this page.
You can find your customer number on every official document. In addition, you can find your customer number atĀ "My Account"Ā in the upper left corner.

You can find your invoices under the headingĀ "Orders"Ā in the information on your profile.

Click on the phrase "I forgot my password" on the login page, and you will be helped immediately.

We are happy to assist you with any questions or comments you may have. If you have a question or comment about a placed order or invoice, you can report it via the report function on the order or invoice itself. If it is a general question or comment, you can always contact us via the contact form or by phone.

Via the 'Quick order'Ā option, you can quickly scan items via the camera of your smartphone or tablet. Just add a quantity and you're done!

As soon as you enter an item description or part of a reference, a list of possible results will appear. Click on the appropriate article and add the quantity.

Multiple users can be added on one account. Attention: the user can only retrieve his own activity: orders entered, corresponding invoices, wish list etc .
